Sayollo is looking for a Brands Customer Success to join our team.
A driven, dedicated, and service-oriented professional with great people skills, an eye for detail, and nurturing customer relationships. 
You will be the point of contact for our clients and partners.

Job description

  • Respond to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via written conversations and emails 

  • Participate in voice & video conference calls

  • Grow accounts, upsell, maintain control over account status, and progress.

  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payment handling.

  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (Sales, DevOps, QA, Marketing)


  • 1-year experience in Customer Success or Technical / Product Support.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Good communicator.

  • Analysis and problem-solving skills. A natural troubleshooter

  • Tech Savvy with a grasp of Big Data, Data Mining & Analytics.
