We׳re looking for an organized, highly motivated and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing company and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.

  • Perform all A/P Cycle management: record invoices, prepare payment and reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts.
  • Mange in month-end closing and monthly payroll.
  • Prepare and manage the data for payroll including recording employees reimbursement.
  • Work directly with management, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Take charge of purchases, payments, expenses and office budget.


  • At least 2 years experience as a certified bookkeeper (Type 3)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in English
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in collaboration with other team members 
  • Experience in Hi-tech companies -  Advantage
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary.
