About The Position

We’re looking for a Vice President (VP) of Games who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our VP of Games is responsible for managing and guiding our games sales teams and portfolios to massive success.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and cultivating partnerships with top games developers/studios.
  • Generate and communicate a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry worldwide to assist in identifying business opportunities.
  • Extensive online research for marketing opportunities.
  • Assists in the development of the games sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the games sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and managing sales managers.
  • Execute business plans including, identifying and contracting targeted clients and partnering with marketing on sales materials.
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including CSM, Marketing, R&D & Product.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience within sales with the last 5 or more in a leadership role.
  • Competent level of understanding of the Games industry, monetization models, competitive dynamics and emergent trends.
  • Successful experience in the gaming and ad-tech industry - A must
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. 
  • Will build network decision-makers in top gaming publishers and developers. 
  • Experience working with game publishers, developers and studios.
