Responsibilities

  • You will be the point of contact for our clients and partners.
  • Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily basis.
  • Ensure technical and business-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately.
  • Grow accounts, manage upsells, and handle account status
  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payment handling.
  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tickets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management/ client relationship roles.
  • Digital marketing savvy-A must
  • Native English speaker (verbal and written)- A must.
  • Resourceful and tech-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic, and charismatic.
  • Proven record of actively driving problems to resolution.
  • Experience in digital advertising - a significant advantage.
