In order to add a new user, navigate to “Users” on the left menu, and click on the “Add User” Button.
In the screen presented in front of you, fill in the user’s full name and email address.
In addition, choose the role that fits the user most.
Important – You must have an existing entity for the user you are about to create. Once you have an entity ready, choose the one that is related to the user and create a password for them.
Make sure the password follows the following rules:
Once done, click on “Save”.
Note that you are only able to add users that have the same role level or lower level than you are.
