We’re looking for a post-sales Customer Success Manager

Your Responsibilities :

  • You will be the point of contact for our clients and partners.
  • Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure the technical and business-related issues handled quickly and appropriately.
  • Grow accounts, manage upsells, maintain control over account status, and progress.
  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payment handling.
  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks.

Your Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in account management/ client relationship role.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)- a must.
  • Resourceful and tech-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic, and charismatic.
  • Proven record of actively driving problems to resolution
  • Experience in video advertising – a significant advantage.
  • Understanding the online advertising industry – a significant advantage.
